The original multilingual video intercom set connects the outdoor station with the camera and the indoor touch monitor into a single network system. The outdoor unit is designed for flush mounting into an installation box, so once installed, it aligns with the wall and appears clean. The set includes models DS-KV8113-WME1 and DS-KH6350-WTE1 and communicates via data cable with PoE power or wirelessly via Wi-Fi. The indoor videophone displays a live image from the entrance, allows hands-free calling, and unlocks the door with a single touch. The menu is multilingual, including English, so the entire household can operate it without training.
- Outdoor station with 2MP camera and 1/3" CMOS sensor, resolution 1920 × 1080, viewing angle 124° horizontally and 75° vertically, WDR and IR illumination for night operation.
- 7" colour touch display with a resolution of 1024 × 600, capacitive touch layer and clear navigation with previews of the entrance and connected cameras.
- PoE 802.3af power over a single network cable, power consumption of the outdoor station up to 10 W and the monitor up to 8 W. Connection to PoE ports on NVR is not supported; use the PoE switch from the set.
- Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, TCP/IP, SIP, and RTSP protocols, remote preview and unlocking via mobile client from anywhere.
- Integrated Mifare reader 13.56 MHz with a capacity of 10,000 cards and 2,000 users for keyless entry using a key fob.
- Two outputs for controlling the lock, 2× door contact inputs, up to 2 exit buttons, RS-485 and 4 alarm inputs for connecting sensors.
- Aluminium alloy with IP65 rating and operating temperature -40 °C to 53 °C, suitable for outdoor installation at doors and gates.
- Hands-free two-way communication, built-in doorbell, noise and echo cancellation for clear calls in both directions.
- Message and image storage on TF card up to 128 GB in the monitor, capacity for 200 events and 16 notifications.
- Ability to connect up to 5 additional indoor monitors as subordinate stations, for example, upstairs or in a workshop.
- Flush mounting into an installation box, wall cutout 167 × 85 mm, optionally with a protective canopy against rain.
- Dimensions of the outdoor station 186 × 97 mm, monitor 175 × 113.5 × 21 mm, weight 380 g and 355 g, monitor can be mounted on the wall or on a stand.

The set is suitable for family homes, cottages, offices, and smaller establishments where you want to see visitors before opening the door. The flush mounting into the installation box keeps the outdoor unit discreet and protected from rain and frost. The choice between wired PoE and Wi-Fi simplifies installation depending on the available wiring in the building. The system can later be expanded with additional indoor monitors or a second controlled lock, for example, for a gate and entrance door. The silver-black aluminium finish blends well with standard facades as well as more modern entrance portals.

How do I return goods?
- Email us at info@lunzo.ie with your order number and the items you are returning.
- Pack the goods and send them by post to the returns address in Spain.
- Send us the proof of dispatch with the tracking number – this lets us refund you without waiting for the parcel to arrive.

How does it work?
- Email us at info@lunzo.ie with your order number and a description of the problem, and attach photographs or a video.
- We will assess it and suggest a solution. Photographs are usually enough – please do not send the goods back until you have received instructions from us.
- We will settle your claim within 30 days at the latest – with a new item, a price reduction or a refund.
If the goods need to be sent back, we will refund the postage for a valid claim (just provide the receipt).
ExchangesA different size, colour or variant
Write to us within 30 days of receipt at info@lunzo.ie with your order number and the variant you are interested in. We usually reply within 24 hours.
If the variant is available, we will send you instructions for the exchange. You pay the cost of sending the original item back; the new variant will be sent to you at no further charge.
