The complete video intercom set connects the outdoor door station with the indoor touch monitor, allowing you to see and hear the visitor before you open the door. The outdoor unit, housed in a durable aluminium alloy body, is designed for surface mounting on a facade, wall, or post by the gate. Communication and power supply are conducted via a single network cable, significantly simplifying the installation of the video door phone. The built-in contactless key fob reader allows for keyless entry, and two relay outputs control up to two locks or a driveway gate. The menu is multilingual, including English and Slovak, and is operated directly from the capacitive touch screen.

The set is suitable for family homes, cottages, offices, and smaller establishments where reliable visitor verification and access control are needed. Installation is straightforward; only one network cable from the PoE switch needs to be brought to both the outdoor unit and the monitor. The combination of a durable outdoor station and clear touch control inside ensures convenient daily use. With RFID key fobs and two relay outputs, both the entrance door and driveway gate can be managed simultaneously. Expansion with additional indoor monitors allows coverage of multiple floors or separate rooms without the need for new cabling to the gate.

How do I return goods?
- Email us at info@lunzo.ie with your order number and the items you are returning.
- Pack the goods and send them by post to the returns address in Spain.
- Send us the proof of dispatch with the tracking number – this lets us refund you without waiting for the parcel to arrive.

How does it work?
- Email us at info@lunzo.ie with your order number and a description of the problem, and attach photographs or a video.
- We will assess it and suggest a solution. Photographs are usually enough – please do not send the goods back until you have received instructions from us.
- We will settle your claim within 30 days at the latest – with a new item, a price reduction or a refund.
If the goods need to be sent back, we will refund the postage for a valid claim (just provide the receipt).
ExchangesA different size, colour or variant
Write to us within 30 days of receipt at info@lunzo.ie with your order number and the variant you are interested in. We usually reply within 24 hours.
If the variant is available, we will send you instructions for the exchange. You pay the cost of sending the original item back; the new variant will be sent to you at no further charge.
