The video intercom with a 7-inch touch monitor and outdoor unit with camera replaces the traditional door phone and adds video, recording, and connection to your home Wi-Fi network. The 1080P camera with a 125° wide-angle view covers the area in front of the door without blind spots, and the infrared night vision automatically activates in the dark. On the touch monitor, you can see visitors, speak to them via two-way audio, and unlock the connected electric lock with one touch. The system uses a 4-wire connection, so only one four-core cable up to 100 metres long is needed between the outdoor bell and the monitor. The set is suitable for family homes, flats, offices, and smaller establishments.

The set replaces or complements the existing door phone without the need for complicated wiring, as it only requires four wires and one power source at the monitor. Thanks to the Wi-Fi connection, you can see who is ringing the bell even when you are not at home, and open the door remotely from your phone for the courier or visitors. RFID key fobs are appreciated by household members who want to unlock quickly and without a mobile phone; children and elderly users can easily operate the large icons on the touch screen. You can view saved images and videos directly on the monitor or on your phone, which also helps in tracking visitors during your absence. You can install it according to the included manual with the wiring diagram, including connecting the electric lock to the gate or front door.

How do I return goods?
- Email us at info@lunzo.ie with your order number and the items you are returning.
- Pack the goods and send them by post to the returns address in Spain.
- Send us the proof of dispatch with the tracking number – this lets us refund you without waiting for the parcel to arrive.

How does it work?
- Email us at info@lunzo.ie with your order number and a description of the problem, and attach photographs or a video.
- We will assess it and suggest a solution. Photographs are usually enough – please do not send the goods back until you have received instructions from us.
- We will settle your claim within 30 days at the latest – with a new item, a price reduction or a refund.
If the goods need to be sent back, we will refund the postage for a valid claim (just provide the receipt).
ExchangesA different size, colour or variant
Write to us within 30 days of receipt at info@lunzo.ie with your order number and the variant you are interested in. We usually reply within 24 hours.
If the variant is available, we will send you instructions for the exchange. You pay the cost of sending the original item back; the new variant will be sent to you at no further charge.
