The universal oil cooler with 8 rows of tubes is made from aluminium and features a silver anodised finish. It measures 393 x 252 x 20 mm and the tubes are interspersed with dense corrugated fins. The cooler is suitable for most passenger vehicles and can be used to cool engine oil, transmission fluid, or the rear differential. It is mounted in front of the engine radiator or air conditioning condenser, secured using the mounting rods, brackets, and foam pads included in the kit. The package also includes a 1.2 m hose, four hose clamps, and an adapter with a brass nut.
- 8 Row Design — The cooler consists of eight parallel tubes connected at the ends by bends into a U-shape. Oil flows sequentially through all rows, transferring heat to the fins between the tubes.
- Dimensions — The length of the cooler is 393 mm, the width is 252 mm, and the depth is 20 mm. Please measure the space in front of the engine radiator where you intend to install the cooler before ordering.
- Corrugated Fins — The dense corrugated fins between the tubes increase the surface area through which air dissipates heat from the oil.

- Application — The cooler is suitable for cooling engine oil, transmission fluid, or oil in the rear differential. It is particularly useful for modified cars that are subjected to greater stress, such as during track driving.
- Installation Procedure — The rods are threaded through the holes in the oil cooler and foam pads with an adhesive layer are placed on them. The rods are then passed through the core of the engine radiator or condenser, secured with brackets, and any excess length is trimmed off.
- Installation Warning — Thread the rods through the core of the cooler with care and without excessive force. There is a risk of damaging the fins or puncturing the tube of the engine radiator.

How do I return goods?
- Email us at info@lunzo.ie with your order number and the items you are returning.
