The universal oil cooler with 4 rows is a compact aluminium cooler with a black anodised finish. It measures 345 x 130 x 20 mm, making it suitable for installation in areas with limited space in front of the engine cooler. It is designed for most passenger cars and is used for cooling engine oil, transmission oil, or rear differential oil. The cooler is mounted in front of the engine cooler or air conditioning condenser using the included mounting rods, brackets, and foam pads. The included hose, measuring 1.2 m in length, connects with hose clamps and an adapter with a brass nut.
- 4 Row Design — Four parallel tubes are connected at the ends by three bends into a U-shape. Oil passes sequentially through all rows, transferring heat to the fins.
- Dimensions — The cooler is 345 mm long, 130 mm wide, and 20 mm deep. Please measure the space in front of the engine cooler where you intend to install it before ordering.
- Corrugated Fins — The tubes are interspersed with dense corrugated fins that increase the surface area of the cooler. Air flowing through the fins dissipates heat from the oil.
- Black Anodised Aluminium — The cooler is made from aluminium, and the entire surface, including bends and outlets, is anodised in black. This finish protects the material and enhances its durability.
- Outlets and Hose — Two outlets with a diameter of 10 mm are located on the same side of the cooler. The included hose is 1.2 m long and has a diameter of 10 mm, secured to the outlets with clamps.
- Application — The cooler is suitable for engine oil, transmission oil, or oil in the rear differential. It is particularly useful for modified cars that are subjected to greater loads, such as when driving on a circuit.
- Installation Procedure — Pass the rods through the oil cooler and attach the foam pads with adhesive backing. Then, thread the rods through the core of the engine cooler or condenser, secure them with brackets, and trim any excess length.
- Installation Warning — Carefully thread the rods through the core of the cooler without excessive force. This could damage the fins or puncture the engine cooler tube.
- Foam Pads — Four pads will adhere to the oil cooler after removing the protective paper. They separate the two coolers and will compress slightly when the brackets are tightened.

How do I return goods?
- Email us at info@lunzo.ie with your order number and the items you are returning.
