The universal oil cooler is a 4 row aluminium cooler with corrugated fins in silver colour. It is designed for most passenger vehicles and can be used for cooling engine oil, transmission fluid and rear differential. The cooler is mounted in front of the engine radiator or air conditioning condenser using the included mounting rods, brackets, and foam pads. The set also includes a hose, hose clamps, and an adapter with a brass nut, providing everything needed for connection. The surface of the cooler is anodised, protecting the aluminium from external influences.
- 4 Row Design — The cooler consists of four parallel tubes connected by bends into a U shape. Oil flows through all rows sequentially, dissipating heat into the fins.
- Corrugated Fins — Dense corrugated fins between the tubes increase the surface area of the cooler. Air flowing through the cooler removes heat from the oil.
- Anodised Aluminium — The cooler is made from aluminium and its surface is anodised in silver colour. This treatment protects the material and enhances its durability.
- Connection — On one side of the cooler are two smooth outlets for the hose to be pushed on. The hose is secured to the outlets with the included hose clamps.
- Application — The cooler is suitable for cooling engine oil, transmission fluid, or rear differential fluid. It is particularly useful for modified cars that are subjected to greater loads, such as during track driving.
- Universal Fit — The cooler is designed for most passenger vehicles. Before ordering, please ensure there is enough space in front of the engine radiator for its installation.
- Installation in Front of Radiator — The mounting rods are first threaded through the holes in the oil cooler and fitted with foam pads. The rods are then passed through the core of the engine radiator or condenser, secured with brackets from the rear, and any excess length of the rods is trimmed.
- Installation Warning — When threading the rods through the core of the radiator, do not use excessive force. There is a risk of damaging the fins or puncturing the tube of the engine radiator.
- Foam Pads — Four foam pads are applied to the oil cooler after removing the protective paper. They separate the two coolers from each other and compress slightly when the brackets are tightened.

How do I return goods?
- Email us at info@lunzo.ie with your order number and the items you are returning.
- Pack the goods and send them by post to the returns address in Spain.

If the goods need to be sent back, we will refund the postage for a valid claim (just provide the receipt).

If the variant is available, we will send you instructions for the exchange. You pay the cost of sending the original item back; the new variant will be sent to you at no further charge.
