Children's ankle footwear is put on via a zip running along the inner side of the boot, eliminating the need for tying laces or adjusting straps. The upper edge features a stretch knitted cuff that wraps around the foot above the ankle and fills the space between the upper and the calf. The smooth upper is designed with minimal seams and connects to a rubber profiled sole that runs around the entire perimeter of the boot. The inner part is lined with fabric that covers the insole and sides inside the footwear. At the back, there is a textile loop sewn on, which serves as a grip for putting on, allowing children to put on the boots themselves.

How do I return goods?
- Email us at info@lunzo.ie with your order number and the items you are returning.
- Pack the goods and send them by post to the returns address in Spain.
- Send us the proof of dispatch with the tracking number – this lets us refund you without waiting for the parcel to arrive.

- We will settle your claim within 30 days at the latest – with a new item, a price reduction or a refund.
If the goods need to be sent back, we will refund the postage for a valid claim (just provide the receipt).

Write to us within 30 days of receipt at info@lunzo.ie with your order number and the variant you are interested in. We usually reply within 24 hours.
If the variant is available, we will send you instructions for the exchange. You pay the cost of sending the original item back; the new variant will be sent to you at no further charge.
