The charging cable for electric vehicles with Type 2 connectors at both ends is used to connect the vehicle to a wallbox or public charging station that does not have its own fixed cable. The cable is designed for three-phase charging with a current of 32 A and a power of up to 22 kW. The length of 10 m allows you to reach from the charging station to the vehicle's port even when parking a bit further away or with the charging port on the opposite side of the car. Both ends feature a yellow fluorescent stripe, making the cable easy to find even in the dark. The black charging cable with a Type 2 connector is suitable for electric vehicles and plug-in hybrids with a Type 2 socket.
- Type 2 Connectors — One end plugs into the charging station socket, the other into the vehicle's charging port. The Type 2 connector is the most widely used standard for AC charging in Europe.
- Power and Current — The cable transmits a current of up to 32 A in each of the three phases, corresponding to a power of up to 22 kW. The actual charging speed depends on the power of the station and the onboard charger of the vehicle.
- Wire Cross-Section — The cable has a cross-section of 5 x 6 mm² + 1 x 0.5 mm². Five power wires are used for three phases, a neutral wire, and grounding, while a thinner signal wire ensures communication between the station and the vehicle.
- Contacts — The Type 2 connector has power contacts L1, L2, L3, N, and PE, as well as signal contacts CP and PP. The three-phase design uses all three phase contacts.
- Length 10 m — The 10 m cable covers larger distances between the charging station and the vehicle, for instance, when parking at the edge of a car park or in a longer garage.
- Fluorescent Stripe — The yellow stripe on the ends is clearly visible even at night, so you won't overlook the cable on the ground and can easily find it in the boot of your car.
- Ergonomic Ends — The ends have a shaped handle that is comfortable to hold when plugging in and unplugging the cable.
- Usage — The cable is suitable for journeys when charging at public stations with a Type 2 socket, as well as at home with a wallbox without a fixed cable. Stored in the boot, it is always at hand and can be used wherever the station supports the Type 2 standard.

How do I return goods?
- Email us at info@lunzo.ie with your order number and the items you are returning.
- Pack the goods and send them by post to the returns address in Spain.
- Send us the proof of dispatch with the tracking number – this lets us refund you without waiting for the parcel to arrive.

If the goods need to be sent back, we will refund the postage for a valid claim (just provide the receipt).

If the variant is available, we will send you instructions for the exchange. You pay the cost of sending the original item back; the new variant will be sent to you at no further charge.
