Before cleaning, allow the footwear to dry thoroughly and first remove loose dust with the rubber brush. Gently rub stains and shiny spots with the cleaning rubber and brush off the loosened dirt. Use the copper wires with care and without excessive pressure to avoid unnecessarily damaging the delicate surface. Finally, align the nap with the rubber comb in one direction and wipe the footwear with the cloth. After use, shake out the brushes and store them in a dry place.

How do I return goods?

If the goods need to be sent back, we will refund the postage for a valid claim (just provide the receipt).

If the variant is available, we will send you instructions for the exchange. You pay the cost of sending the original item back; the new variant will be sent to you at no further charge.
