Always clean suede and nubuck dry and on dry footwear. First, use the horsehair brush to remove dust from the surface, then go over areas with ingrained dirt using the four-sided brush, and finally, gently rub the stains or worn areas with the rubber. For smooth leather, use the horsehair brush after applying cream and polish the footwear with short strokes. Do not press too hard, especially on finer leather, to avoid damaging the surface unnecessarily.

How do I return goods?
