The storm glass in the shape of a bunny is a charming decoration that combines a playful appearance with the observation of subtle natural changes. The glass head with long ears is filled with a closed liquid, in which fine crystals form, grow, and dissolve according to changes in the surroundings. The figure measures 8 x 13.5 cm and is set on a square wooden base, ensuring it holds firmly on a table or shelf. Each day, you can observe a slightly different image, from clear liquid to dense crystals resembling snow. The bunny captures the attention of both children and adults, making it suitable for a child's room, bedroom, or office.
The round head is adorned with printed large round eyes and a small smiling mouth, giving the bunny a cheerful and friendly appearance. The two upright ears are also made of glass and are filled with colourful liquid that stands out beautifully against the light. The container is made of glass and is securely sealed, so the liquid cannot be topped up or changed. The crystals primarily react to temperature changes in the room, which is why their appearance gradually transforms throughout the day and year.
- Type – storm glass, glass barometer with crystals
- Shape – bunny head with long ears and printed face
- Dimensions – 8 x 13.5 cm
- Material – glass, wooden base
- Filling – closed liquid in which crystals form
- Base – square wooden base with beveled edges
- Use – table decoration, shelf, windowsill, or bedside table
- Contents – 1 storm glass in the shape of a bunny and 1 wooden base
Place the figure on a stable flat surface where it will not need to be moved frequently, and protect it from falls and impacts, as it is a glass product. Never open the container. For maintenance, simply wipe the glass and base occasionally with a dry or slightly damp cloth. More pronounced changes in the crystals will be seen in areas where the temperature changes slightly during the day, such as on a windowsill or shelf near a window. Conversely, direct radiant heat from heating or constant bright sunlight will quickly dissolve the crystals.
The storm glass in the shape of a bunny is an unusual decoration for anyone who loves cute items and interesting natural phenomena. The cheerful little face and long ears will liven up a workspace, children's room, or shelf in the living room. With dimensions of 8 x 13.5 cm, the bunny is easily visible while taking up minimal space. The changing crystals in the closed glass container make it a decoration that looks slightly different each day. It also makes a lovely gift for a friend, colleague, or children.
