The 90° elbow is a sanitary fitting made of stainless steel 304, designed to change the direction of the pipe by 90°. The fitting has an outer diameter of 32 mm and a wall thickness of 1.5 mm, and it connects to a pipe with the same outer diameter using butt welding. The bend of the elbow is smooth, and both ends are finished with a straight cut for welding to the pipe. This is a sanitary fitting of hygienic quality suitable for use in both the pharmaceutical and food industries. It can also be used in sanitary piping systems and for home brewing and winemaking.
- Angle 90° — the elbow changes the direction of the pipe by 90°, allowing you to create a bend in the pipe at this angle.
- Smooth Bend — the elbow features a smooth curve without any kinks, connecting to the straight-cut ends.
- Combination of Fittings — the elbow can be combined with other fittings made of stainless steel 304, such as T-pieces or Y-pieces, to create the desired pipe layout.
- Outer Diameter — the fitting has an outer diameter of 32 mm and is intended for pipes with the same outer diameter. We recommend verifying the outer diameter of the existing pipe before ordering.
- Wall Thickness — the wall of the fitting is 1.5 mm thick, which, along with the outer diameter of 32 mm, is the main dimension of the fitting. When selecting, compare both dimensions with the pipe to which you will be welding the fitting.
- Butt Welding — the fitting connects to the pipe using butt welding, meaning the ends are welded to the pipe of the corresponding diameter, and both ends are finished with a straight cut.
- Stainless Steel 304 — the fitting is made from stainless steel 304, also referred to as SUS 304, which is suitable for sanitary piping systems.
- Polished Surface — the surface of the fitting is polished after finishing and has a silver colour.
- Hygienic Quality — this is a sanitary fitting of hygienic quality, designed for sanitary piping systems.
- Pharmaceutical and Food Industries — due to its hygienic quality, the fitting can be used in both the pharmaceutical and food industries.
- Home Brewing and Winemaking — the fitting is also suitable for use in home brewing and winemaking systems, for example, when you need to change the direction of the pipe.
- Colour — silver.
