The 90° elbow is a sanitary fitting made of stainless steel 304, designed to change the direction of piping by 90°. The fitting has an outer diameter of 19 mm and a wall thickness of 1.5 mm, connecting to a pipe with the same outer diameter through butt welding. The bend of the elbow is smooth, and both ends are finished with a straight cut for welding to the pipe. It is a sanitary fitting of hygienic quality with a polished surface, suitable for use in both the pharmaceutical and food industries. It can also be used in sanitary piping systems and during home brewing of beer and wine.
- Angle 90° — the elbow changes the direction of piping by 90°, allowing you to create a bend in the piping at this angle.
- Smooth Bend — the elbow features a smooth arc without kinks, leading into straight-cut ends.
- Combination of Fittings — the elbow can be combined with other fittings made of stainless steel 304, such as T-pieces or Y-pieces, to assemble the necessary piping route.
- Outer Diameter — the fitting has an outer diameter of 19 mm and is intended for pipes with the same outer diameter. We recommend verifying the outer diameter of the existing pipe before ordering.
- Wall Thickness — the wall of the fitting is thick 1.5 mm, which, along with the outer diameter of 19 mm, is the main dimension of the fitting. When selecting, compare both dimensions with the pipe to which you will be welding the fitting.
- Butt Welding — the fitting connects to the pipe through butt welding, meaning the ends are welded to a pipe of corresponding diameter, with both ends finished with a straight cut.
- Stainless Steel 304 — the fitting is made from stainless steel 304, also known as SUS 304, which is suitable for sanitary piping systems.
- Polished Surface — the surface of the fitting is polished after finishing and has a silver colour.
- Hygienic Quality — this is a sanitary fitting of hygienic quality, intended for sanitary piping systems.
- Pharmaceutical and Food Industry — due to its hygienic quality, the fitting can be used in both the pharmaceutical and food industries.
- Home Brewing of Beer and Wine — the fitting is also suitable for piping during home brewing of beer and wine, for example, when you need to change the direction of piping.
- Colour — silver.
