The stainless steel cat fountain in the basic version provides your pet with a continuous flow of water, which cats prefer to still water in a bowl. Both the bowl and the reservoir of the fountain are made of 304 stainless steel, ensuring that the water does not come into contact with a plastic body. The water continuously circulates and flows back into the bowl through the transparent spout like a small waterfall, enticing cats to drink. Place the fountain on a flat and stable surface in a location where the cat has easy access, ideally away from feeding and litter areas. Fill the reservoir with water up to the MAX mark and regularly check the level in the window to ensure it does not drop below the MIN mark. Stainless steel is more resistant to deposits compared to plastic and is easier to keep clean, so it is sufficient to regularly disassemble the fountain, rinse it, and replace the water with fresh.

How do I return goods?

If the goods need to be sent back, we will refund the postage for a valid claim (just provide the receipt).
