The snuffle mat for dogs is a practical interactive toy that turns every meal or reward into a fun game. Simply hide kibble and treats among the fabric leaves and in the individual hiding spots, and the dog will patiently search for them with its nose. The mat measures 60 x 60 cm, providing ample space for searching, and the dog won't get bored quickly. It is made of short polyester plush, which is soft and pleasant to the touch. It is suitable for small and medium-sized dogs and for anyone who wants to provide their pet with more mental exercise.
The area of the mat in the shape of a paw is divided into several sections with varying levels of difficulty. In the centre, there is a large flower made of layered leaves, among which treats are hidden deeply, and around it are pockets, a bowl with strips of fabric, a ruffled section, and other hiding spots. The dog must engage its sense of smell, paws, and patience, making each search slightly different. This food searching mimics the dog's natural behaviour and helps to expend energy even on days when there is less time for walks outside. Because the dog eats one piece at a time, its feeding is significantly slowed down, which is especially appreciated by dogs that tend to gulp their food. The mat can also be used for scent training and as a reward when teaching new commands.

Simply place the mat on a flat floor, carpet, or terrace and scatter a handful of kibble or small treats in it. For beginners, we recommend hiding treats only shallowly at first so the dog quickly understands the game, and gradually placing them deeper among the leaves and in the pockets. During the first games, observe the dog to ensure it learns to use the mat for searching and not for chewing. After use, shake out the crumbs and wash it in the machine or by hand as needed, then let it air dry.
The paw-shaped snuffle mat is a simple way to enrich your dog's day and offer meaningful entertainment at home and in the garden. The combination of many hiding spots and soft material makes it a favourite toy for feeding and rewards. The size of 60 x 60 cm gives the dog space for thorough searching while the mat easily fits into an apartment. Thanks to the option of machine washing, you can keep it clean with minimal effort. It is a practical aid for owners who want their dog to eat more slowly while also being satisfied and tired.
