The Smart Keyring with Sound Alarm B500 is a safety pendant that combines 130 dB sound alarm with an LED flashlight (LED stands for light-emitting diode) and control via the Tuya app (or Smart Life). The pendant connects to your phone via Bluetooth and can send notifications to your phone in the form of SMS and in the app when the alarm is activated. The alarm can be triggered in two ways: by pulling the pin out of the pendant's body or by double-pressing the SOS button. The pendant is available in white and is suitable for women, children, and seniors when outdoors.

Instructions for activating the alarm:
- Pull the pin out of the pendant's body to immediately activate the sound alarm.
- Turn off the alarm by reinserting the pin back into the pendant's body.
- The alarm can also be activated by double-pressing the SOS button.
- Long-pressing the SOS button will deactivate the activated alarm.
Turn on the LED light by pressing the light button. For smart functions, connect the pendant via Bluetooth to the Tuya or Smart Life app on your Android or iOS phone.

The pendant is suitable for travel, school, work, and night walks when you want to have a loud tool for attracting attention at hand, as well as the ability to alert loved ones via the app. The alarm is easily operated with one hand, allowing it to be activated even in stressful situations. Before first use, charge the pendant and set up emergency contacts in the app; when the battery is low, the pendant will alert you to the need for charging. Keep the product out of reach of children under 12 years without adult supervision. How do I return goods?
- Email us at info@lunzo.ie with your order number and the items you are returning.
- Pack the goods and send them by post to the returns address in Spain.
- Send us the proof of dispatch with the tracking number – this lets us refund you without waiting for the parcel to arrive.

- We will settle your claim within 30 days at the latest – with a new item, a price reduction or a refund.
If the goods need to be sent back, we will refund the postage for a valid claim (just provide the receipt).

Write to us within 30 days of receipt at info@lunzo.ie with your order number and the variant you are interested in. We usually reply within 24 hours.
If the variant is available, we will send you instructions for the exchange. You pay the cost of sending the original item back; the new variant will be sent to you at no further charge.
