The sleep mask with Bluetooth headphones combines two things you will appreciate most when falling asleep: darkness and your favourite sound. Inside the mask are hidden flat speakers, so you do not need to insert traditional headphones into your ears and can comfortably lie on your side. The front part is shaped into 3D recesses, which create space for your eyes and do not press on your eyelids or eyelashes. The memory foam filling adapts to your face and helps block out surrounding light. You can use the mask at home in bed, during an afternoon nap, on a plane, on a train, or in a hotel. The adjustable strap keeps the mask in place even when turning in your sleep. How do I return goods?
- Email us at info@lunzo.ie with your order number and the items you are returning.
- Pack the goods and send them by post to the returns address in Spain.
- Send us the proof of dispatch with the tracking number – this lets us refund you without waiting for the parcel to arrive.

- Email us at info@lunzo.ie with your order number and a description of the problem, and attach photographs or a video.
- We will assess it and suggest a solution. Photographs are usually enough – please do not send the goods back until you have received instructions from us.
- We will settle your claim within 30 days at the latest – with a new item, a price reduction or a refund.
If the goods need to be sent back, we will refund the postage for a valid claim (just provide the receipt).

Write to us within 30 days of receipt at info@lunzo.ie with your order number and the variant you are interested in. We usually reply within 24 hours.
If the variant is available, we will send you instructions for the exchange. You pay the cost of sending the original item back; the new variant will be sent to you at no further charge.
