Thanks to the zip at the front, the cover opens wide, allowing you to easily slide the shoe in, and once zipped up, the cover fits snugly around the entire shoe. The sole of the cover features a raised wave pattern similar to a tyre tread, which increases friction and helps prevent slipping on wet surfaces outdoors. Put on the cover in three steps: unzip the zip, slide the shoe into the cover, and pull the zip up to the top. When wearing, avoid sharp objects that could damage the silicone. The covers are not intended for walking on smooth indoor floors, such as glass, metal, or tiles with a smooth surface, where they may slip. After use, rinse them with clean water, let them air dry, and store them folded in a dry place.

How do I return goods?
- Email us at info@lunzo.ie with your order number and the items you are returning.
- Pack the goods and send them by post to the returns address in Spain.
- Send us the proof of dispatch with the tracking number – this lets us refund you without waiting for the parcel to arrive.

- We will assess it and suggest a solution. Photographs are usually enough – please do not send the goods back until you have received instructions from us.
- We will settle your claim within 30 days at the latest – with a new item, a price reduction or a refund.
If the goods need to be sent back, we will refund the postage for a valid claim (just provide the receipt).

Write to us within 30 days of receipt at info@lunzo.ie with your order number and the variant you are interested in. We usually reply within 24 hours.
If the variant is available, we will send you instructions for the exchange. You pay the cost of sending the original item back; the new variant will be sent to you at no further charge.
