Silicone LED Profile 8 x 8 mm White Trim 11.2 mm Length 3 m Flexible With Diffuser Recessed Installation Into Groove For LED Strip Without LED Strip
You already have the maximum available quantity in your cart.
The white silicone LED profile with trim is designed for recessed installation of LED strip into a narrow and shallow groove in furniture, tiles, or ceilings. The body of the profile measures 8 x 8 mm, and it is topped with a flat trim that is 11.2 mm wide. When pressed into the groove, the trim sits flush with the surface and covers the edges. The top part of the profile features a diffuser, and the entire profile is made of flexible silicone with a length of 3 m. The LED strip and power supply are not included in the package.
- Dimensions — The body of the profile is 8 mm wide and high, the trim measures 11.2 mm, and the length of the profile is 3 m.
- Trim 11.2 mm — The trim overhangs the body of the profile by approximately 1.6 mm on each side. This creates a narrow edge around the light line that conceals the edges of the groove.
- Length 3 m — A piece of 3 m in length can cover longer shelves, built-in wardrobes, the undersides of kitchen cabinets, or the edges of stairs without needing to join multiple pieces.
- Narrow Groove — For installation, a groove that is approximately 8 mm wide and deep is sufficient. Therefore, the profile is suitable for furniture boards, strips, and tiles of corresponding thickness.
- Diffuser — The flat trim and the top part of the profile form a diffuser that disperses the light from the LED strip into a continuous line.
- Rounded Protrusions — Both side walls have two rounded protrusions on the outer side that help keep the profile in the groove when pressed in.
- Flexible Silicone — The profile is made of flexible silicone, allowing it to be run straight or in curves, for example, around rounded corners of furniture, mirrors, or columns.
- Installation — Route a groove that is approximately 8 mm wide and deep, and clean it of dust. Insert the LED strip between the side walls of the profile and push the profile into the groove until the trim sits flush with the surface.
- White Colour — The white trim blends with white furniture, light doors, walls, and ceilings after installation.
- Usage — The profile is suitable for backlighting shelves, cabinets, display cases, mirrors, stairs, and decorative lines in flats, offices, shops, cafés, and hotels.
- Without LED Strip — The package contains only the silicone profile. The LED strip and power supply must be purchased separately, and please ensure that the width of the strip fits between the side walls of the profile.
- Package Contents — 1x silicone LED profile with trim 8 x 8 mm, white, trim 11.2 mm, length 3 m (without LED strip)
The white silicone LED profile 8 x 8 mm with a trim of 11.2 mm is used for recessing an LED strip into a small groove. The narrow trim conceals the edges of the groove, and the diffuser spreads the light into a continuous line. The length of 3 m allows for covering longer sections with a single piece, and flexible silicone can handle curves. Prepare the groove to be approximately 8 mm wide and deep, and purchase the LED strip separately.
