The wide white silicone LED profile 18 x 10 mm is designed for recessed installation of LED strips into ceilings, walls, stairs, or furniture. The profile body has a width of 18 mm and a height of 10 mm, providing space for wider LED strips. At the bottom of the channel, there are side grooves where the edges of the strip fit. The white trim, measuring 23.6 mm in width, lies on the surface after installation and covers the edges of the groove. The flexible silicone profile with diffuser is supplied in a length of 2 m.
- Wide channel 18 mm — The body width of 18 mm is suitable for wider LED strips. The strip is placed with the diodes facing upwards on the ribbed bottom of the channel.
- Side grooves — The channel widens into side grooves at the bottom. The edges of the LED strip are inserted into them, helping to keep the strip at the bottom of the channel.
- Trim 23.6 mm — The white trim is 5.6 mm wider than the profile body and overhangs approximately 2.8 mm on each side. After installation, it covers the edges of the groove.
- Dimensions — The profile body measures 18 x 10 mm, the width of the trim is 23.6 mm, and the length of the profile is 2 m.
- Diffuser — The upper part of the profile consists of a diffuser that disperses the light of the LED strip into a wide continuous line of light.
- Flexible silicone — The profile is made of silicone, which can be bent. It can be used on straight sections as well as curves, such as in rounded ceilings or around counters.
- Installation — Mill a groove approximately 18 mm wide and 10 mm deep. Insert the LED strip into the channel and push the profile into the groove until the trim rests on the surface. The rounded protrusions on the sides of the profile help to hold the profile in the groove.
- White finish — Both the profile body and trim are white, making the profile unobtrusive after installation on white ceilings, walls, and light furniture.
- Usage — The profile is suitable for prominent linear lighting of ceilings, walls, stairs, and counters. It can be used in apartments, houses, offices, shops, hotels, and restaurants.
- Without LED strip — The package contains only the silicone profile. The LED strip and power supply must be purchased separately. Before purchasing, ensure that the width of your strip matches the channel of the profile.
