Square silicone LED profile 12 x 12 mm with a black trim is designed for recessed installation of LED strips into dark surfaces. With a height of 12 mm, it has a deeper channel where the LED strip sits lower than the diffuser. The black trim, which is 16 mm wide, sits flush with the surface after being pressed into the groove, covering its edges. The profile is made of flexible silicone and is supplied in a length of 2 m. The LED strip and power supply are not included.
- Square body 12 x 12 mm — The width and height of the profile body are both 12 mm. Therefore, the channel is deeper than that of low profiles of the same width.
- Black trim 16 mm — The trim overhangs the profile body by approximately 2 mm on each side. After installation, it lies on the surface and its black colour blends with dark boards and tiles.
- Dimensions — The body of the profile measures 12 x 12 mm, the black trim is 16 mm wide, and the length of the profile is 2 m.
- Diffuser — The profile is equipped with a diffuser that disperses the light from the LED strip into a continuous line of light.
- Flexible silicone — The silicone profile can be bent, allowing it to be used on straight sections as well as curves, such as around rounded counters or furniture edges.
- Installation — Mill a groove approximately 12 mm wide and 12 mm deep. Place the LED strip with the diodes facing up on the ribbed bottom of the channel and press the profile into the groove until the black trim sits flush with the surface. Rounded protrusions on the sides of the profile help keep the profile in the groove.
- Colour finish — The visible top trim is black, while the body of the profile hidden in the groove is light. After installation, only the black edge around the light is visible on the dark surface.
- Length 2 m — The 2 m long profile can cover a black kitchen unit, a longer shelf, or the edge of a staircase in one piece.
- Usage — The profile is suitable for dark kitchen units, cabinets, display cases, cladding, and stairs. It is also applicable in bars, restaurants, shops, and showrooms with dark interiors.
- Without LED strip — The package contains only the silicone profile. The LED strip and power supply must be purchased separately. Before purchasing, ensure that the width of the strip fits into the channel of the profile.
