White silicone LED profile 12 x 10 mm with trim is designed for recessed installation of LED strip into grooves in furniture, walls, ceilings or stairs. The profile body is 12 mm wide and 10 mm high, fitting into the groove, while the white trim, measuring 16.6 mm, remains on the surface. At the bottom of the channel, there are side grooves where the edges of the LED strip fit. The profile is made from flexible silicone with a diffuser and is supplied in a length of 2 m. The LED strip and power supply are not included.
- Side Grooves for Strip — The channel widens at the bottom into side grooves. The edges of the LED strip fit into these grooves, allowing the strip to rest on the notched bottom with the diodes facing upwards.
- White Trim 16.6 mm — The trim is 4.6 mm wider than the profile body and overhangs approximately 2.3 mm on each side. After installation, it covers the edges of the groove.
- Dimensions — The profile body measures 12 x 10 mm, the trim width is 16.6 mm, and the profile length is 2 m.
- Diffuser — The top part of the profile and the trim form a diffuser that disperses the light from the LED strip into a continuous line of light.
- Flexible Silicone — The profile is made from flexible silicone, allowing it to be bent straight or into curves, for example, around rounded counters, ceilings or edges of furniture.
- Installation — Mill a groove approximately 12 mm wide and 10 mm deep. Insert the LED strip into the channel and push the profile into the groove until the trim rests on the surface. Rounded protrusions on the sides of the profile help keep the profile in the groove.
- White Colour — Both the profile body and trim are white. Therefore, when installed on white walls, ceilings, tiles, and light furniture, the profile does not appear intrusive.
- Length 2 m — One piece with a length of 2 m can cover, for example, a long shelf, worktop, or the edge of a ceiling.
- Usage — The profile is suitable for linear lighting in kitchens, living rooms, bedrooms, hallways, and staircases, as well as in cabinets, display cases, and shelves. It is also suitable for offices, shops, and restaurants.
- Without LED Strip — The package contains only the silicone profile. The LED strip and power supply must be purchased separately. Before purchasing, please ensure that the width of your strip matches the channel of the profile.
