The head and neck of the newborn must be supported at all times and it is important to regularly check that the baby has a clear face and that their chin is away from their chest. It is advisable to adjust the strap before placing the baby inside so that they lie high enough for the wearer to reach them with their chin. The fabric can be hand washed in lukewarm water with mild soap and should be dried flat in the shade to maintain the original shape of the panels. It is a good idea to check the buckle before each use to ensure it has engaged fully and that the strap does not slip in the adjustable section.

How do I return goods?
