The semiconductor mobile cooler helps keep your phone at a comfortable temperature even during long gaming sessions, streaming, or navigation in the car. The cooling unit with a fan has a power of 15 W and dissipates heat directly from the back of the phone, where the processor heats up the most. You can attach it magnetically or with the removable rear clip, making it compatible with most smartphones. On the side of the cooler, there is a digital display that gives you an overview of its operation. The cooler does not have a built-in battery and is powered via the included cable, ensuring consistent cooling without the need to monitor its charge. For optimal performance, the manufacturer recommends a power adapter with an output of 5 V / 3 A.

If your phone does not have built-in magnets, attach the included magnetic plate to the back of your phone or case, and then simply place the cooler on it. Alternatively, use the rear clip, which securely grips the sides of the phone, making it easy to remove after use. Use the cooler on a clean and dry back of the phone and keep the fan grille free of dust to allow air to flow freely and the cooler to operate at full capacity. After gaming, simply disconnect it from the power supply and store it; its compact shape easily fits into a backpack.

How do I return goods?
- Email us at info@lunzo.ie with your order number and the items you are returning.
- Pack the goods and send them by post to the returns address in Spain.
- Send us the proof of dispatch with the tracking number – this lets us refund you without waiting for the parcel to arrive.

How does it work?
- Email us at info@lunzo.ie with your order number and a description of the problem, and attach photographs or a video.
- We will assess it and suggest a solution. Photographs are usually enough – please do not send the goods back until you have received instructions from us.
- We will settle your claim within 30 days at the latest – with a new item, a price reduction or a refund.
If the goods need to be sent back, we will refund the postage for a valid claim (just provide the receipt).
ExchangesA different size, colour or variant
Write to us within 30 days of receipt at info@lunzo.ie with your order number and the variant you are interested in. We usually reply within 24 hours.
If the variant is available, we will send you instructions for the exchange. You pay the cost of sending the original item back; the new variant will be sent to you at no further charge.
