This Edison bulb features a round G80 bulb with a diameter of 8 cm and an internal filament arranged in a cage shape. The cage filament strands run between the top and bottom holders and cross each other. When lit, the filament glows with warm light and the glass sphere appears amber. The neck of the bulb transitions into a brass base with an E27 thread. The bulb, with a power consumption of 40 W, connects to a standard 220 V supply.
- Round G80 Shape — the bulb has a spherical shape that tapers to a short neck at the bottom. Therefore, it looks the same from all sides in the fixture.
- Filament Strands — the filament runs in many strands around the central axis, and the individual strands cross into an X shape. The entire cage occupies the middle part of the sphere.
- Holders and Beam — the strands are secured at the top and bottom in a star-shaped holder made of thin wires. Both holders are connected by a vertical beam in the middle of the cage.
- Supply Wires — below the cage, two wires twist towards the neck, where they enter the glass stem.
- Size of the Sphere — the diameter of the sphere is 8 cm and the height of the entire bulb with the base is 12 cm, so the dimensions are 8 x 12 cm. Therefore, check that the 8 cm wide sphere fits into smaller shades.
- Brass Base — the golden base has an E27 thread for standard sockets. The voltage and power consumption information is printed on its upper edge.
- Annual Consumption — the consumption amounts to approximately 29 kWh per year if the bulb is lit for two hours a day. For prolonged evening use, expect higher consumption, which is typical for traditional bulbs.
- Light Tone — the glowing filament emits a warm light with a golden hue, making it suitable for calm evening lighting.
- Visible Cage — the filament cage is clearly visible through the glass even up close, making the bulb particularly suitable for fixtures without shades.
- Heating of the Glass — the sphere heats up during use, so avoid touching it immediately after switching off. Do not place the bulb in enclosed shades made of paper or fabric.
- For Suspension Above Dining Table — the round bulb on a textile cable with an E27 socket can hang independently above the table or in a group of multiple pendants. It is also suitable for wall lamps in the hallway and for chandeliers with open sockets.

How do I return goods?
