The rotating security IP camera is designed for outdoor surveillance of homes, garages, driveways, or gardens. It records images in 4K resolution, offers both colour and infrared night vision, and due to its rotation and tilt capabilities, it can cover a large area from a single mounting point. With AI person detection, the camera recognises human movement, sends alerts, and automatically tracks moving individuals. It is a wired PoE camera, where power and data transmission are provided by a single network cable, or it can be powered by a 12 V DC adapter. The built-in microphone and speaker allow for communication with visitors directly through the camera, and recordings can be stored on a microSD card with a capacity of up to 512 GB.

The camera is suitable for securing family homes and their surroundings both day and night. The rotation and tilt allow for monitoring a larger area from a single location, and automatic tracking helps keep moving individuals in view. The PoE connection simplifies installation, as only a single network cable is required at the mounting site without a separate power supply. With an IP66 rating and an operational temperature range from -30 °C to 40 °C, the camera operates in rain, snow, heat, and frost. Recordings are stored locally on a microSD card, which needs to be purchased separately.

How do I return goods?
- Email us at info@lunzo.ie with your order number and the items you are returning.
- Pack the goods and send them by post to the returns address in Spain.
- Send us the proof of dispatch with the tracking number – this lets us refund you without waiting for the parcel to arrive.

How does it work?
- Email us at info@lunzo.ie with your order number and a description of the problem, and attach photographs or a video.
- We will assess it and suggest a solution. Photographs are usually enough – please do not send the goods back until you have received instructions from us.
- We will settle your claim within 30 days at the latest – with a new item, a price reduction or a refund.
If the goods need to be sent back, we will refund the postage for a valid claim (just provide the receipt).

Write to us within 30 days of receipt at info@lunzo.ie with your order number and the variant you are interested in. We usually reply within 24 hours.
If the variant is available, we will send you instructions for the exchange. You pay the cost of sending the original item back; the new variant will be sent to you at no further charge.
