The PrettyCare C2 Robot Vacuum Cleaner and Mop is designed for the automatic cleaning of hard floors, tiles, and low carpets. In one pass, it vacuums and mops simultaneously, as the water tank with the mopping cloth attaches to the underside of the robot. The suction power reaches up to 5000 Pa and is adjustable in three levels: 1400 Pa in quiet mode, 3200 Pa in standard mode, and 5000 Pa in maximum mode. Power is provided by a 4400 mAh battery, allowing the robot to clean for up to 150 minutes in ECO mode and up to 70 minutes in TURBO mode. It can be controlled via a mobile app, the included remote control, or by voice through Amazon Alexa and Google Assistant.

The robot covers regular cleaning of the apartment without operator intervention, including returning to the station after completing its work. The combination of vacuuming and mopping in one pass saves a second round with a mop on hard floors and tiles. Control via app, remote, and voice allows you to start cleaning even when no one is home. Spare side brushes and a second filter in the package cover the first replacement of consumable parts.

How do I return goods?

If the goods need to be sent back, we will refund the postage for a valid claim (just provide the receipt).
