The snowflake ice block combines food cooling with support for air coolers. The block is filled with ordinary water, which after standing creates a gel and is then frozen. Its flat design of size 15.5 x 11 x 2 cm fits well into both coolers and ice boxes. There is no need to buy ready-made inserts; just water and a freezer are sufficient. It is suitable for air conditioning fans, food storage, and bags.
Place the block in the water tank of the air cooler, where it helps cool the air. It also works well for cooling fish, vegetables, or drinks. After thawing, it can be refrozen and reused. It is suitable for both home use and travel.

Open the cap and fill the block with water up to the marked line. Let it stand for approximately 30 to 40 minutes until the water inside gels. Then freeze the block and use as needed. The block is intended for external cooling only; do not consume its contents.

How do I return goods?
- Email us at info@lunzo.ie with your order number and the items you are returning.
- Pack the goods and send them by post to the returns address in Spain.
- Send us the proof of dispatch with the tracking number – this lets us refund you without waiting for the parcel to arrive.

How does it work?
- Email us at info@lunzo.ie with your order number and a description of the problem, and attach photographs or a video.
- We will assess it and suggest a solution. Photographs are usually enough – please do not send the goods back until you have received instructions from us.
- We will settle your claim within 30 days at the latest – with a new item, a price reduction or a refund.
If the goods need to be sent back, we will refund the postage for a valid claim (just provide the receipt).

Write to us within 30 days of receipt at info@lunzo.ie with your order number and the variant you are interested in. We usually reply within 24 hours.
If the variant is available, we will send you instructions for the exchange. You pay the cost of sending the original item back; the new variant will be sent to you at no further charge.
