Replacing the cartridge takes just a moment and requires no tools. Turn off the water, unscrew the shower head handle, remove the used cartridge, and insert a new one in its place. Then securely tighten the handle again and let the water run through for a moment before the first use to flush the cartridge. Store unused cartridges in a dry and clean place, away from direct sunlight. Do not clean or return the used cartridge, always replace it with a new one. The white colour of the new cartridge also makes it easier to compare with the used cartridge.

How do I return goods?

If the goods need to be sent back, we will refund the postage for a valid claim (just provide the receipt).

If the variant is available, we will send you instructions for the exchange. You pay the cost of sending the original item back; the new variant will be sent to you at no further charge.
