The programmable macro keyboard with six keys speeds up everyday work on the computer, as the most common shortcuts are always at your fingertips. Programming is done using the application for Windows or through the manufacturer's web interface, which works in Windows, macOS, and Linux in Chrome and Edge browsers. The package includes six spare keycaps without labels, which you can use after reprogramming the keys for your own functions. The surface of the keyboard only needs to be wiped occasionally with a dry or slightly damp cloth, and the cable can be loosely coiled during storage.

How do I return goods?
- Email us at info@lunzo.ie with your order number and the items you are returning.
- Pack the goods and send them by post to the returns address in Spain.
- Send us the proof of dispatch with the tracking number – this lets us refund you without waiting for the parcel to arrive.

How does it work?
- Email us at info@lunzo.ie with your order number and a description of the problem, and attach photographs or a video.
- We will assess it and suggest a solution. Photographs are usually enough – please do not send the goods back until you have received instructions from us.
- We will settle your claim within 30 days at the latest – with a new item, a price reduction or a refund.
If the goods need to be sent back, we will refund the postage for a valid claim (just provide the receipt).
ExchangesA different size, colour or variant
Write to us within 30 days of receipt at info@lunzo.ie with your order number and the variant you are interested in. We usually reply within 24 hours.
If the variant is available, we will send you instructions for the exchange. You pay the cost of sending the original item back; the new variant will be sent to you at no further charge.
