The programmable macro keyboard with 12 mechanical keys and two rotary knobs speeds up work in graphic and editing programs as well as during gaming. You can assign a keyboard shortcut, key combination, multimedia function or text up to 18 characters long to each key. The knobs have three functions – turning left, turning right, and pressing – and are suitable for controlling volume, zoom, or scrolling on the timeline. The keyboard connects via USB-C cable or wirelessly via Bluetooth. Thanks to its small dimensions, it fits next to a regular keyboard, laptop, or graphic tablet.
Configuration is done in the Windows program, to which you connect the keyboard via cable. The keyboard remembers the saved settings, so you can then use it with Mac computers, iPads, or Android devices. There are 3 layers with custom settings, which you can switch between using a button, and the current layer is indicated by an LED. In one layer, you can have shortcuts for Photoshop, in another for video editing, and in the third for gaming or office work. The keyboard has two USB-C ports, one on the front and the other on the side, so you can route the cable in a way that suits your desk. Only one of them is used at a time.

In Bluetooth mode, the backlighting turns off to prolong battery life, and functions F13 to F24 are not available. For wireless use, first configure the keyboard via cable and then disconnect it; the settings will remain saved. When the keyboard enters sleep mode, you can wake it by pressing the first key. No driver is needed for regular use; the keyboard works immediately upon connection.
The macro keyboard with 12 keys and two knobs is a practical assistant for graphic designers, video editors, musicians, streamers, and gamers. Repeated commands can be activated with a single press without searching for shortcuts on a large keyboard. The combination of mechanical switches and RGB backlighting makes it easier to locate keys even in low light. Wireless connection via Bluetooth provides freedom in arranging your workspace. How do I return goods?
- Email us at info@lunzo.ie with your order number and the items you are returning.
- Pack the goods and send them by post to the returns address in Spain.
- Send us the proof of dispatch with the tracking number – this lets us refund you without waiting for the parcel to arrive.

How does it work?
- Email us at info@lunzo.ie with your order number and a description of the problem, and attach photographs or a video.
- We will assess it and suggest a solution. Photographs are usually enough – please do not send the goods back until you have received instructions from us.
- We will settle your claim within 30 days at the latest – with a new item, a price reduction or a refund.
If the goods need to be sent back, we will refund the postage for a valid claim (just provide the receipt).

Write to us within 30 days of receipt at info@lunzo.ie with your order number and the variant you are interested in. We usually reply within 24 hours.
If the variant is available, we will send you instructions for the exchange. You pay the cost of sending the original item back; the new variant will be sent to you at no further charge.
