The portable charger for electric vehicles with a Type 2 connector allows you to charge your electric car or plug-in hybrid directly from a standard household socket with a Schuko plug. It charges with a power of up to 3.5 kW and operates within a voltage range of 110 to 240 V. You can set the charging current using the button on the control unit in steps of 8, 10, 13, and 16 A according to the capabilities of your electrical installation. The indicator lights and small display on the unit show power, vehicle connection, charging status, and any faults. The orange-black charger easily fits into the boot of your car, making it handy at home, at the cottage, and on the go.
- Charging from a standard socket — The charger plugs into a standard socket with a Schuko plug, so you do not need a wallbox or special connection. Just plug it into the socket, select the current, and connect the plug to the vehicle.
- Adjustable current — By repeatedly pressing the A button, you can select the current of 8, 10, 13, or 16 A. The current is set before starting the charging process and cannot be changed during charging. Choose a lower current for older electrical installations or when using with other appliances.
- Light indication — The POWER, CONNECT, STATUS, and FAULT indicators show power, vehicle connection, charging progress, and any faults. The display shows the set current and other operational data.
- Overheating protection — At temperatures above 75 °C, the charger automatically reduces the current, and at 85 °C it interrupts charging and resumes it once the temperature drops to 65 °C.
- Safety features — The charger has protection against overvoltage and undervoltage, overcurrent, overcharging, overheating, current leakage, and lightning, as well as grounding protection.
- Durable housing — The control unit has a housing made of aluminium alloy with a built-in cooler and a cover made of PC+ASA material with a thickness of 3.5 mm. It can withstand a drop from a height of 1 m and being run over by a vehicle weighing 2 t.
- Outdoor use — The Type 2 connector has an IP65 rating, and the charger is designed for operation in temperature ranges of -30 to +55 °C, allowing it to be used in rain, snow, and direct sunlight.
- Cable and connector — The supply cable to the Schuko plug measures 35 cm, and the charging cable to the vehicle is 350 cm long. The cable has copper conductors and TPU insulation, while the connector features silver-plated contacts and a protective cover.

How do I return goods?
- Email us at info@lunzo.ie with your order number and the items you are returning.
- Pack the goods and send them by post to the returns address in Spain.
- Send us the proof of dispatch with the tracking number – this lets us refund you without waiting for the parcel to arrive.

How does it work?
- Email us at info@lunzo.ie with your order number and a description of the problem, and attach photographs or a video.
- We will assess it and suggest a solution. Photographs are usually enough – please do not send the goods back until you have received instructions from us.
- We will settle your claim within 30 days at the latest – with a new item, a price reduction or a refund.
If the goods need to be sent back, we will refund the postage for a valid claim (just provide the receipt).

Write to us within 30 days of receipt at info@lunzo.ie with your order number and the variant you are interested in. We usually reply within 24 hours.
If the variant is available, we will send you instructions for the exchange. You pay the cost of sending the original item back; the new variant will be sent to you at no further charge.
