The round shape of the head conforms well to the animal's back and sides and has no sharp corners that could catch on the skin. The handle is separate from the head and fits comfortably in the palm, keeping the wrist in a natural position even during extended grooming. The hair comes off in one piece when the button is pressed, so you can directly transfer it to the bin without it spilling on the floor. This eliminates a step that many owners postpone when grooming. Guide the brush in the direction of hair growth with smooth strokes and apply only slight pressure in areas with denser undercoat. Untangle knots with your fingers before grooming to prevent the bristles from pulling on the skin. How do I return goods?
- Email us at info@lunzo.ie with your order number and the items you are returning.

If the goods need to be sent back, we will refund the postage for a valid claim (just provide the receipt).

If the variant is available, we will send you instructions for the exchange. You pay the cost of sending the original item back; the new variant will be sent to you at no further charge.
