The pet door allows both dogs and cats to go in and out without needing anyone to open it for them. At the bottom of the frame are sliding latches that let you set one of four passage modes: fully open, fully closed, only in, or only out. This way, you can adjust the pet's movement according to the situation, for example, when the dog needs to stay indoors in the evening or when you want to let the cat outside and not let it back in. The flap has a size of 26 x 29 cm and is fitted with mesh that allows air to pass through while maintaining the shape of the flap. Both the frame and flap are made of ABS plastic, making the surface easy to wipe clean and durable for everyday use. The entire construction is mechanical, therefore it does not require power and works even during a power outage.

Before installation, measure the height of the chest and the width of the pet at the shoulders and compare them with the size 26 x 29 cm to ensure the passage is not too tight. Choose the height of placement according to the size of the pet so that it does not have to jump over the bottom edge. Mark the opening according to the frame, cut it out, and then securely screw the door in place so that the flap sits freely. Gradually train the pet to use the door, initially holding the flap open and calling it from the other side. Allow several days for the pet to get used to it and keep the door in the fully open mode for now. Use the only out or only in modes thoughtfully to ensure the pet does not get stuck outside without a way to return.

How do I return goods?
- Email us at info@lunzo.ie with your order number and the items you are returning.
- Pack the goods and send them by post to the returns address in Spain.
- Send us the proof of dispatch with the tracking number – this lets us refund you without waiting for the parcel to arrive.

If the goods need to be sent back, we will refund the postage for a valid claim (just provide the receipt).

Write to us within 30 days of receipt at info@lunzo.ie with your order number and the variant you are interested in. We usually reply within 24 hours.
If the variant is available, we will send you instructions for the exchange. You pay the cost of sending the original item back; the new variant will be sent to you at no further charge.
