The outdoor WiFi siren serves to provide sound and light alerts for unauthorised entry into the premises. The wireless alarm connects to the home network at 2.4 GHz, and pairing is expedited by Bluetooth 5.0. You can control the siren remotely from your mobile phone, allowing you to activate or silence the alarm from anywhere you have signal. The integrated solar panel, along with the rechargeable 18650 battery, ensures operation without a permanent power supply, eliminating the need for cable installation and allowing the siren to be placed even where there is no socket. The white-blue casing with an IPX5 rating and an operating temperature range of -10 °C to 60 °C is ready for year-round placement on façades, fences, at entrances, or on garden sheds.

How do I return goods?
- Email us at info@lunzo.ie with your order number and the items you are returning.
- Pack the goods and send them by post to the returns address in Spain.
- Send us the proof of dispatch with the tracking number – this lets us refund you without waiting for the parcel to arrive.

How does it work?
- Email us at info@lunzo.ie with your order number and a description of the problem, and attach photographs or a video.
- We will assess it and suggest a solution. Photographs are usually enough – please do not send the goods back until you have received instructions from us.
- We will settle your claim within 30 days at the latest – with a new item, a price reduction or a refund.
If the goods need to be sent back, we will refund the postage for a valid claim (just provide the receipt).

Write to us within 30 days of receipt at info@lunzo.ie with your order number and the variant you are interested in. We usually reply within 24 hours.
If the variant is available, we will send you instructions for the exchange. You pay the cost of sending the original item back; the new variant will be sent to you at no further charge.
