The outdoor security IP camera in a bullet design offers 4MP resolution and is intended for surveillance of homes, gardens, entrances, and commercial spaces. The camera supports power over PoE, allowing both electricity and data to be transmitted via a single network cable leading from a PoE switch or NVR recorder. It is equipped with a 3.6 mm lens, a CMOS sensor, and H.265 video compression, which reduces bandwidth requirements and storage capacity. For monitoring in the dark, it features an IR illumination range of 30–50 m complemented by an IR-CUT filter, while HDR and 3DNR functions further improve the image under varying light conditions. Thanks to the built-in microphone, the camera records not only video but also sound, such as conversations at the front door.

The camera combines 4MP resolution, night vision, and audio recording in a bullet body that can be used outdoors and indoors. Power over PoE simplifies installation, as only one network cable needs to be brought to the mounting location without a separate power supply. H.265 compression saves disk space during long-term recording, and motion detection with notifications to your phone or email keeps you informed about activity in the monitored area. The metal housing and operating temperature from -45 °C to 55 °C allow for year-round operation on the facade of a house, under a shelter, or in a warehouse. The camera is suitable for securing family homes, offices, shops, and storage spaces.

How do I return goods?
- Email us at info@lunzo.ie with your order number and the items you are returning.
- Pack the goods and send them by post to the returns address in Spain.
- Send us the proof of dispatch with the tracking number – this lets us refund you without waiting for the parcel to arrive.

How does it work?
- Email us at info@lunzo.ie with your order number and a description of the problem, and attach photographs or a video.
- We will assess it and suggest a solution. Photographs are usually enough – please do not send the goods back until you have received instructions from us.
- We will settle your claim within 30 days at the latest – with a new item, a price reduction or a refund.
If the goods need to be sent back, we will refund the postage for a valid claim (just provide the receipt).
ExchangesA different size, colour or variant
Write to us within 30 days of receipt at info@lunzo.ie with your order number and the variant you are interested in. We usually reply within 24 hours.
If the variant is available, we will send you instructions for the exchange. You pay the cost of sending the original item back; the new variant will be sent to you at no further charge.
