The outdoor double socket with lid is designed for surface mounting on a wall and offers two standard EU sockets 16 A / 220 V complemented by charging ports USB-C and USB-A. With IP66 rating, it is dustproof and resistant to splashing water, allowing you to install it on the facade of a house, on a terrace, in a garden or in a garage. Between the sockets are two ON/OFF switches which allow you to turn off the sockets without unplugging the device, and above each socket is a red indicator light. The semi-transparent flip lid can be closed with devices plugged in as the cables pass through two openings at the bottom. The black plastic cover features a sealing frame around the edge and a loop for a padlock, which can secure the socket against unauthorised use.
- Double socket: two standard EU sockets with earthing contact, rated current 16 A and voltage 220 V, suitable for common electrical appliances.
- USB ports: USB-C and USB-A located between the sockets for charging mobile phones, tablets or other devices without a separate charger.
- Switches: two switches marked ON/OFF, sockets can be turned off without unplugging the device.
- Indicators: red indicator light above each socket.
- IP66 rating: dustproof design resistant to splashing water from any direction, suitable for outdoor environments.
- Flip lid: semi-transparent, flips upwards and has latches marked OPEN/CLOSE; thanks to two cable openings at the bottom, it can be closed with the plug inserted.
- Locking: the loop for a padlock allows securing the lid against unauthorised opening (lock not included).
- Sealing: a sealing frame between the front part and the mounting box, both parts are connected with four screws at the corners.
- Installation: surface installation on a wall; the mounting box has four oval fixing holes in the back wall and knockout holes on the sides and back for the supply cable.
- Cable entries: two entries for sealing the supply cable into the mounting box.
- Dimensions of the mounting box: 17 × 11 cm.
- Design: black plastic cover, white panel with sockets and smoke-transparent lid.
- Package contents: 1× outdoor double socket with lid, 4× screws, 4× plugs, 4× bolts, 4× covers, 4× black blanks, 2× cable entries, 1× screwdriver.
The socket is suitable for powering garden equipment, such as electric lawn mowers or pressure washers, and also allows charging your phone directly on the terrace or in the garden. The separate switches make it easy to disconnect the appliance without handling the plug, and the closed lid protects the sockets even when devices are plugged in. The supply cable can be brought into the mounting box from the back or the side through the knockout holes, and the included cable entries serve to seal its entry. Plugs, screws, screwdriver and other mounting materials for wall attachment are included in the package. Connection to the electrical installation should be carried out by a qualified electrician.
