To attach the tip, simply stretch it over the earphone nozzle until it is fully seated. Gently insert it into your ear and find the position that seals well by slightly twisting it. As the tips are inserted deep into the ear canal, it is advisable to clean them regularly. Simply remove them from the earphones, rinse in lukewarm water with a little soap, and allow to dry thoroughly. Store unused tips back in the blister in the box to keep them safe and clean.

How do I return goods?

If the goods need to be sent back, we will refund the postage for a valid claim (just provide the receipt).
