The Mouse Jiggler Movement Simulator is a practical assistant for anyone who needs their computer or laptop to avoid going into sleep mode and locking the screen during work. It operates simply and purely mechanically – you place your optical mouse on the mat and the circular area in the middle gently moves it. The cursor thus shifts slightly on the screen, keeping the computer active. The device requires no installation of drivers or software, allowing you to use it with both work and home computers. With a low height of just 12 mm, it takes up minimal space on the desk and does not obstruct.
The mat has a thin and compact body measuring 130 x 93 x 12 mm, fitting neatly beside a keyboard or laptop. It turns on and off with a single button on the top and offers two speed modes for movement, which you can select as needed. The operation is very quiet, with a noise level of around 20 dB, so it does not disturb during meetings, video calls, or in a quiet office. Power is supplied via a USB-C connector on the side of the mat, next to which is a small indicator light. You can power the mat from a computer's USB port or a standard USB adapter into a socket.

Using it is very easy. Connect the mat with a cable to a USB port, press the button, and place the mouse on it so that it rests on the circular area in the middle. The simulator is useful when working from home, during long presentations, screen sharing, downloading large files, or watching lengthy calculations when you do not want the computer to sleep or log out. When you no longer need the simulator, simply turn it off with the button and continue using the mouse in the usual way. Keep the mat dry and clean; dust from the surface can be wiped off with a dry soft cloth.

How do I return goods?
- Email us at info@lunzo.ie with your order number and the items you are returning.
- Pack the goods and send them by post to the returns address in Spain.
- Send us the proof of dispatch with the tracking number – this lets us refund you without waiting for the parcel to arrive.

How does it work?
- Email us at info@lunzo.ie with your order number and a description of the problem, and attach photographs or a video.
- We will assess it and suggest a solution. Photographs are usually enough – please do not send the goods back until you have received instructions from us.
- We will settle your claim within 30 days at the latest – with a new item, a price reduction or a refund.
If the goods need to be sent back, we will refund the postage for a valid claim (just provide the receipt).

Write to us within 30 days of receipt at info@lunzo.ie with your order number and the variant you are interested in. We usually reply within 24 hours.
If the variant is available, we will send you instructions for the exchange. You pay the cost of sending the original item back; the new variant will be sent to you at no further charge.
