The MOES Smart Control Panel is a wall-mounted hub for controlling your smart home with a 3.5-inch touch screen, from which you can manage lights, appliances, and scenes all in one place. The panel features built-in infrared control, allowing you to replace remote controls for your television, air conditioning, and other IR appliances. Inside, there is also a built-in Bluetooth sigmesh hub, so the panel acts as a gateway for connected devices in your home. Three relays allow you to control up to three circuits of lights or appliances directly from the panel as well as with mechanical buttons. The dimensions of 86 x 86 mm fit standard installation boxes, so the panel integrates seamlessly into a typical switch layout. The white finish looks clean and suits modern interiors. The panel works with the MOES app, Tuya and Smart Life platforms, and voice assistants Alexa and Google Assistant, allowing you to control your home with touch, your phone, or your voice. On the display, you can see the time, date, and weather, and quickly switch between modes, for example, when leaving or arriving home. The panel is powered from the live and neutral wires, with the Type-C port serving only as an emergency temporary power supply. Mechanical buttons next to the display allow for control even without the touch screen. How do I return goods?
- Email us at info@lunzo.ie with your order number and the items you are returning.
- Pack the goods and send them by post to the returns address in Spain.
- Send us the proof of dispatch with the tracking number – this lets us refund you without waiting for the parcel to arrive.

How does it work?
- Email us at info@lunzo.ie with your order number and a description of the problem, and attach photographs or a video.
- We will assess it and suggest a solution. Photographs are usually enough – please do not send the goods back until you have received instructions from us.
- We will settle your claim within 30 days at the latest – with a new item, a price reduction or a refund.
If the goods need to be sent back, we will refund the postage for a valid claim (just provide the receipt).

Write to us within 30 days of receipt at info@lunzo.ie with your order number and the variant you are interested in. We usually reply within 24 hours.
If the variant is available, we will send you instructions for the exchange. You pay the cost of sending the original item back; the new variant will be sent to you at no further charge.
