The JJC kit for digitising films transforms your smartphone into a practical negative scanner. Simply insert the film into the holder, place it on the backlit base, and the phone secured in the stand above will take the picture. The kit works with both 35 mm cine film and 120 slide film, allowing you to convert old family negatives from various cameras into digital form. You can also digitise using a camera positioned above the backlit base on its own tripod.
The foundation is a stable black base with a sliding LED panel that has a colour rendering index of CRI 97 and a colour temperature of 5400–5900 K. You can adjust the brightness in 11 levels using the buttons on the wired remote control, so you can manage both light and dark negatives. The panel is powered via a 1.5 m USB-C cable from a 5 V / 2 A adapter, which is not included in the package. The phone holder slides along a vertical rod and accommodates phones with a width of 55–90 mm, allowing you to easily adjust the distance and crop of the image. The detachable wireless remote control works with both iOS and Android systems without the need for an app and triggers the phone's camera from a distance of up to 10 m, so you do not need to touch the phone while taking pictures.

Before taking pictures, insert the film into the appropriate holder, close the magnetic lid, and slide the holder into the base above the backlighting. Secure the phone in the holder, adjust the height and brightness so that the image fills the display, and then press the trigger with the remote control. You can convert the finished negatives into positives using a photo editor or the phone's app. Keep the film holders and backlit panel clean and wipe them with a dry soft cloth to prevent dust from appearing in the images.

How do I return goods?

- Pack the goods and send them by post to the returns address in Spain.

- We will assess it and suggest a solution. Photographs are usually enough – please do not send the goods back until you have received instructions from us.
- We will settle your claim within 30 days at the latest – with a new item, a price reduction or a refund.
If the goods need to be sent back, we will refund the postage for a valid claim (just provide the receipt).

Write to us within 30 days of receipt at info@lunzo.ie with your order number and the variant you are interested in. We usually reply within 24 hours.
If the variant is available, we will send you instructions for the exchange. You pay the cost of sending the original item back; the new variant will be sent to you at no further charge.
