Programmable macro keyboard with 12 mechanical keys and two rotary knobs speeds up work in graphic and editing programs as well as during gaming. You can assign a keyboard shortcut, key combination, multimedia function, or text up to 18 characters long to each key. The knobs have three functions – rotate left, rotate right, and press – and are useful for controlling volume, zoom, or scrolling on a timeline. The keyboard offers three connection methods – via USB-C cable, Bluetooth, or wirelessly via a 2.4 GHz USB receiver. Thanks to its compact size, it fits alongside a standard keyboard, laptop, or graphics tablet.
Configuration is done in a Windows program, to which you connect the keyboard via cable. The saved settings are remembered by the keyboard, so you can then use it with Mac computers, iPads, or Android devices. There are 3 layers with custom settings, which you switch between using a button, and the current layer is indicated by an LED. In one layer, you can have shortcuts for Photoshop, in another for video editing, and in a third for gaming or office work. The keyboard has two USB-C ports, one on the front and the other on the side, so you can route the cable in a way that suits your desk. Only one of them is used at a time.

In Bluetooth mode, the backlighting turns off to prolong battery life, and functions F13 to F24 are not available. For wireless use, first set up the keyboard via cable and then disconnect it; the settings will remain saved. When the keyboard enters sleep mode, wake it by pressing the first key. No driver is needed for regular use; the keyboard works immediately upon connection.
The macro keyboard with 12 keys and two knobs is a practical assistant for graphic designers, video editors, musicians, streamers, and gamers. Repeated commands can be executed with a single press without searching for shortcuts on a large keyboard. How do I return goods?
- Email us at info@lunzo.ie with your order number and the items you are returning.
- Pack the goods and send them by post to the returns address in Spain.
- Send us the proof of dispatch with the tracking number – this lets us refund you without waiting for the parcel to arrive.

How does it work?
- Email us at info@lunzo.ie with your order number and a description of the problem, and attach photographs or a video.
- We will assess it and suggest a solution. Photographs are usually enough – please do not send the goods back until you have received instructions from us.
- We will settle your claim within 30 days at the latest – with a new item, a price reduction or a refund.
If the goods need to be sent back, we will refund the postage for a valid claim (just provide the receipt).

Write to us within 30 days of receipt at info@lunzo.ie with your order number and the variant you are interested in. We usually reply within 24 hours.
If the variant is available, we will send you instructions for the exchange. You pay the cost of sending the original item back; the new variant will be sent to you at no further charge.
