The animal door measuring 46 x 36 cm offers a larger passage, making it suitable for both cats and medium breed dogs. The flap is lightweight, allowing the animal to push it open without much effort, and it automatically returns to the closed position after passage. The door is lockable, so you can block the passage when your pet needs to stay inside, such as at night or when you are away. The manufacturer states that the flap has a magnetic closure, however, magnets are not included in the product and must be purchased separately. The door is suitable for terrace doors, porches, or yards where the animal goes several times a day. Before installation, measure the height of the chest and the width of the animal at the shoulders and compare them with the dimensions of 46 x 36 cm to ensure the passage is not too tight. Choose the height of placement so that the animal does not have to jump over the bottom edge, otherwise it will be reluctant to use the door. First, teach the animal to pass through the flap, you can hold it for a moment and call it from the other side. Allow a few days for the animal to get used to it and do not lock the door initially, so the animal associates the passage with free movement. If you want to keep the flap closed magnetically, be aware that you need to obtain the magnets separately.
