Place the stand on a flat and stable surface, away from metal objects and strong magnets that could disrupt the levitation. When turning off the power, hold the globe to prevent it from falling onto the base. The surface can be wiped with a dry soft cloth; do not use water or cleaning agents. Protect both the globe and the stand from falls and impacts.

How do I return goods?
- Email us at info@lunzo.ie with your order number and the items you are returning.
- Pack the goods and send them by post to the returns address in Spain.

If the goods need to be sent back, we will refund the postage for a valid claim (just provide the receipt).

If the variant is available, we will send you instructions for the exchange. You pay the cost of sending the original item back; the new variant will be sent to you at no further charge.
