Before attaching, wipe the back of the phone and the cooling surface to ensure the cooler adheres well and dissipates heat as effectively as possible. For a phone without magnetic attachment, attach the metal magnetic ring to the centre of the back of the phone or to the case, or alternatively, attach the cooler using the spring clip. Connect the cooler with a cable to a power source, such as a power bank or charger, and let it run throughout your gaming session. After use, disconnect it and store it in a dry place, keeping the ventilation holes clean by gently blowing dust out or wiping with a dry cloth. Do not submerge the cooler in water and do not use it in a damp environment.

How do I return goods?

If the goods need to be sent back, we will refund the postage for a valid claim (just provide the receipt).

If the variant is available, we will send you instructions for the exchange. You pay the cost of sending the original item back; the new variant will be sent to you at no further charge.
