The K36 mobile semiconductor cooler helps keep your phone at a comfortable temperature during extended gaming sessions and demanding usage. The cooling surface on the back utilises semiconductor cooling and dissipates heat directly from the back of the phone. It attaches to the phone in two ways, either via a magnetic plate or using a rear clip with spring-loaded jaws. This makes it compatible with most common smartphones, such as iPhone, Samsung, or Xiaomi. The cooler does not have its own battery and is powered via cable during operation.
On the front, there is a small digital display that shows the temperature, so you can keep track of how the cooler is performing. The cooler offers three cooling modes labelled Ice, Bass, and Overclocking, which you can switch between depending on the demanding game or application you are currently using. The fan behind the grille is complemented by colourful RGB backlighting, which can be turned on and off with a long press of the button. The round shape with ventilation openings around the perimeter allows for free airflow around the cooler. For magnetic attachment, stick the included magnetic plate to the back of your phone or case and simply place the cooler on it. If you do not wish to stick the plate, attach the rear clip to the cooler and grip the phone from both sides with it. Before use, connect the USB-C cable to a power source, such as a charger or power bank. Wipe the cooler with a dry soft cloth and ensure that the ventilation openings around the perimeter remain clear and unobstructed. After use, disconnect the cable and store the cooler in a dry place, away from moisture and direct sunlight.

How do I return goods?
- Email us at info@lunzo.ie with your order number and the items you are returning.
- Pack the goods and send them by post to the returns address in Spain.
- Send us the proof of dispatch with the tracking number – this lets us refund you without waiting for the parcel to arrive.

- Email us at info@lunzo.ie with your order number and a description of the problem, and attach photographs or a video.
- We will assess it and suggest a solution. Photographs are usually enough – please do not send the goods back until you have received instructions from us.
- We will settle your claim within 30 days at the latest – with a new item, a price reduction or a refund.
If the goods need to be sent back, we will refund the postage for a valid claim (just provide the receipt).

Write to us within 30 days of receipt at info@lunzo.ie with your order number and the variant you are interested in. We usually reply within 24 hours.
If the variant is available, we will send you instructions for the exchange. You pay the cost of sending the original item back; the new variant will be sent to you at no further charge.
