The hydroponic growing sponge is a practical assistant for anyone who wants to grow vegetables, salads, or herbs without soil. The board measures 25 x 25 x 2.4 cm and is divided into 100 small cubes, which can be easily separated. You place a seed in each cube, allow it to germinate, and then transplant the young plant along with the cube into a hydroponic basket or growing tray. The sponge retains moisture around the seed, and the roots can freely grow through it. It is suitable for home growers on windowsills, balconies, and in greenhouses.
Each cube measures 2.5 x 2.5 x 2.4 cm, allowing it to be placed into a net basket for hydroponics or laid in a bowl of water. The cubes stay together in one board, so you can sow a large number of seeds at once and have the sowing neatly organised in regular rows. Individual cubes can be torn from the board by hand only when the seedlings are ready for transplanting. This way, young plants remain in their cube during transplanting, and their roots are not unnecessarily disturbed, which facilitates their establishment in the new location. You can place the board in a shallow bowl or on a tray with water and allow the seeds to germinate in a bright location.

Before sowing, soak the board so that the sponge absorbs water, and let any excess water drain off. Insert seeds into the holes at the top of the cubes and during germination, ensure that the sponge does not dry out. Once the seedlings have their first true leaves and roots start growing through the bottom of the cube, separate them from the board and transplant into the hydroponic system, basket, or growing container. You can gradually separate the cubes from the board as needed, so the remaining part of the board can be used for the next sowing.
The growing sponge with 100 cubes makes starting soilless cultivation easier and helps keep the sowing clean and organised. The separable cubes measuring 2.5 cm allow for transplanting seedlings without pulling the roots from the growing medium. It is useful in home hydroponics, during spring pre-growing of vegetables, and for year-round herb cultivation in the flat. How do I return goods?

If the goods need to be sent back, we will refund the postage for a valid claim (just provide the receipt).

If the variant is available, we will send you instructions for the exchange. You pay the cost of sending the original item back; the new variant will be sent to you at no further charge.
