The hand and finger strengthening set combines two tools that allow you to exercise grip strength, individual fingers, and forearm muscles. The foundation is an adjustable grip strengthener with a resistance range of 10 - 100 kg, complemented by a finger strengthener with five rings and a wrist strap. While the grip strengthener primarily engages the muscles of the palm and forearm during gripping, the finger strengthener works in the opposite direction and trains finger extension. This allows you to strengthen the muscles of the hand in a balanced manner and alternate exercises based on your current focus. Additionally, the grip strengthener features an electronic repetition counter, so you can keep track of every workout.
The resistance of the grip strengthener is adjustable using the rotating dial on its body, and you can easily see the level at which you are currently exercising on the scale. A beginner can start with a low resistance and gradually increase it, while a more experienced athlete can set a more challenging load. The display of the counter is located directly on the handle, so you can easily see it during exercise. The finger strengthener offers three resistance levels of 13, 17 and 21 lb, which is approximately 5.9 kg, 7.7 kg and 9.5 kg. How do I return goods?

If the goods need to be sent back, we will refund the postage for a valid claim (just provide the receipt).

If the variant is available, we will send you instructions for the exchange. You pay the cost of sending the original item back; the new variant will be sent to you at no further charge.
