The gyroscopic strengthening ball with LED lighting is a compact trainer for strengthening the wrist, forearm, grip, and fingers. Inside the transparent casing, a rotor spins, which creates gyroscopic resistance once set in motion, and this resistance increases with the speed of rotation. Additionally, the rotor is illuminated by LED lights inside the casing during training, making the exercise more enjoyable and allowing you to clearly see the rotation speed. The ball measures 7 x 5.5 cm, fits easily in the palm of your hand, and can be carried in a bag or rucksack. Thanks to the autostart function, you can easily set it in motion by pulling the rotor with your finger.
Exercising is simple and can be done by both beginners and advanced athletes. First, you rotate the rotor with your finger in the direction of the arrow, grip the ball firmly, release the rotor with your thumb, and then gradually increase its speed with a circular wrist motion. The faster you rotate your wrist, the stronger the resistance you feel, allowing you to control the intensity of your workout simply by the pace of movement. The rotor has a metal core, which provides it with momentum and stable operation. Once you stop moving, the rotor will come to a halt on its own in approximately 30 seconds. A few minutes of training daily is sufficient, for example, as a warm-up before sports or as a short break during long periods of sitting at a desk. You can gradually extend the duration of your exercise and alternate between your right and left hands to strengthen both sides evenly.

The ball is suitable for a short warm-up while working at a computer, as a supplementary workout for the gym, climbing, or ball sports, and for gradually exercising the hand and wrist. When exercising, hold the ball palm down or up, and create the circular motion solely with your wrist while keeping your forearm as still as possible. During rotation, do not touch the rotor with your fingers and always wear the included wrist strap to prevent the ball from slipping out of your hand. After use, simply wipe the casing with a dry or slightly damp cloth and store the ball in the box to keep dust out. Protect the ball from falling onto hard floors.
The gyroscopic strengthening ball with LED lighting combines effective training for the wrist and forearm with an attractive appearance. You can adjust the resistance yourself by the speed of the circular motion, making the ball suitable for various fitness levels. Its compact size allows for exercise at home, in the office, or while travelling. The activation using autostart can be done in a matter of seconds, and since the strap and box are included in the package, you can start training immediately after unpacking.
