Gyroscopic Strengthening Ball with Five-Colour LED Lighting and Autostart 7 x 5.5 cm Metal Rotor Transparent and Black Wrist Trainer
You already have the maximum available quantity in your cart.
The gyroscopic strengthening ball with five-colour LED lighting is a compact trainer for strengthening the wrist, forearm, grip, and fingers. Inside the transparent casing, a rotor spins, creating gyroscopic resistance that increases with the speed of rotation. The rotor illuminates with LED lighting in five colours, which change progressively according to the rotation speed, allowing you to see at a glance how fast the ball is running. The ball measures 7 x 5.5 cm, comfortably fitting in the palm of your hand and easily transportable in a bag or backpack. Thanks to the autostart function, you can start it simply by pulling the rotor with your finger.
Exercising is straightforward and can be done by both beginners and advanced athletes. First, rotate the rotor with your finger in the direction of the arrow, grip the ball firmly, release the rotor with your thumb, and then rotate your wrist, which will further accelerate the rotor. The faster you work with your wrist, the higher the speed and resistance of the ball, and the more the colour of the light inside the casing changes. The rotor with a metal core maintains stable speeds, allowing the ball to respond well to every hand movement. When you stop rotating, the rotor gradually slows down and will come to a stop on its own in about half a minute. You can thus determine the intensity of your training yourself and gradually increase the duration of your exercises, alternating between your right and left hand to strengthen both sides evenly.

During exercise, hold the ball palm down or up and create the circular motion mainly with your wrist, keeping your forearm as still as possible. Do not touch the rotor with your fingers while it is spinning and always wear the included wrist strap to prevent the ball from slipping from your hand. After use, simply wipe the casing with a dry or slightly damp cloth and store the ball in the box.
The gyroscopic strengthening ball offers a simple and fun way to strengthen your grip, fingers, wrist, and forearm at home, in the office, or on the go. The colourful light inside the casing adds an interesting effect to the exercise while also showing how fast the rotor is spinning. Thanks to the autostart function, you can start it within seconds. Its compact size allows you to keep it on hand at all times, and the packaging also includes a wrist strap for safer exercise. It is a practical training accessory for anyone looking to have stronger and more enduring hands.
